Here is my TVIF Cocktail...
Elderflower Breeze...
2 ounces Reyka Vodka
1 ounce Elderflower Cordial
2 ounces peach juice
2 ounces water (sparkling or flat)
2 ounces cucumber
Muddle well cucumber with cordial then add to a shaker filled with ice. Also add Vodka water & peach juice. Shake well and serve in a large Fabulous glass with ice...Garnish with a piece of fresh fruit and a Deevine Weekend...

I got lazy and did the "muddling" in my Vitamix then put it in the shaker. I was surprised at how well the cucumber and peach went together. Perfect summertime cocktail.
