So I am off to Vegas again...For a place that I am not all that fond of, I have been there a lot lately...

This time I think we should play a game...I have a lot of free time on my hands to wonder around the city, tasting cocktails here and there..and here again...So I thought it would be fun to have a little Twitter Vegas Scavenger Hunt...

So this is what I need...well...stuff to find...So I need you to twitter me what you would like me to find in Vegas...then I will compile my Scavenger List and set off on my...what I am sure will be...a debaucherous journey...

Who Doesn't Love a Good Party !!!

So it is no secret that I am NOT a fan of Football...Worked to many years in the restaurant industry and had to tolerate Monday Night Football Wing BONANZA...that now just the sound or site of it gives me a rash...

But as you also know I am a lover of a great PARTY...So football aside...Bring on the food and libations....

Here is my Favorite Sangria recipe...It is a great drink to make for your fabulous Super Bowl Shindig...

• 1 bottle Red Wine- your choice in size, I say bigger is always better...
  
• 1 bottle of apple juice or white grape juice
  
• 2 ounces lemon flavoured vodka
• 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
• Juice of 1 large orange
• Juice of 1 large lemon
• Juice of 1 large lime
  
• 1 sm orange, sliced thin crosswise
• 1 sm lemon, sliced thin crosswise
• 1 sm lime, sliced thin crosswise
• 1 cup frozen raspberries
• 2 large springs of mint- wash really well

Add everything to a large bowl and let sit in the fridge for about 24 hrs...Serve over ice...When serving to your guests you can add a splash of soda water or Sprite for some fun fizz...Or an extra shot of Vodka if your team is losing...

Enjoy the party...Hope your team gets lots of baskets....;)
